The HT Instruments HT401 is a professional True-RMS digital multimeter that measures AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, frequency, and temperature. It features a True-RMS (TRMS) capability for accurate AC measurements and a low-impedance (LoZ) mode to help minimize "ghost" voltages.
