The Mastech MS5208 is a professional-grade digital multimeter (DMM) specifically designed for special applications that require insulation testing. It is not a general-purpose DMM, but rather a specialized tool combining a full-featured multimeter with a high-voltage insulation resistance meter (or "Megger").
