Key features
  • Insulation resistance testing: The IMT100 can perform diagnostic insulation resistance tests using two, three, and four-wire methods. It offers test voltages of 50 V, 250 V, 500 V, 1 kV, and also includes a user-selectable variable voltage feature. It supports tests like Polarization Index (PI) and Dielectric Absorption Ratio (DAR).
  • Low resistance testing (DLRO): This feature uses a four-wire Kelvin method to measure low resistance from 1 mΩ up to 10 Ω with a stable 200 mA test current.
  • General multi-tester functions: The device measures AC/DC voltage (up to 1000 V), frequency, capacitance, and inductance. It also includes continuity and diode testing.LCR (Inductance, Capacitance, Resistance) function: The LRC function automatically determines if the load is inductive, capacitive, or resistive.
  • Temperature measurement and compensation: A thermocouple probe is included for temperature measurement, which can also be used for temperature compensation during insulation resistance testing.
  • Data storage: The IMT100 can store up to 256 test results, which can be individually tagged and downloaded to a USB drive.
  • Rugged design: The device features a tough, rubber over-molded case with an IP54 weatherproof rating, protecting it from moisture and dust.
  • Safety features: It has fast-detecting circuitry to prevent damage from live circuits and includes live circuit detection with a test inhibit function.
