Description

The Megger MIT525 is a compact and lightweight 5 kV diagnostic insulation resistance tester for high-voltage electrical equipment. It features a tough dual-case design with an inner, fire-retardant case and an outer, IP65-rated case for protection against dust and water.

• Insulation resistance: Measures up to 10 TΩ at 5 kV.
  Test voltages: Provides five preset voltages (250 V, 500 V, 1000 V, 2500 V, 5000 V) plus a user-defined lock voltage range from 100 V to 5 kV.
  
• Diagnostic tests: Performs a full suite of diagnostic tests, including:

  Display and interface: Features a large, clear, backlit LCD for viewing multiple results at once.
  
• Memory: Includes advanced memory with time/date stamping and the ability to download stored data via a USB interface.
  
• Noise immunity: Offers a noise filter that rejects up to 3 mA of noise.
