Description

The TES-1334A is a digital illuminance meter used for measuring light levels in both Lux (lx) and Foot-candles (fc). It is equipped with a remote silicon photodiode sensor for accurate, real-time measurements.

Key Features

Measurement range: It can measure light intensity from 0.01 Lux up to 200,000 Lux. This range is split into four selectable settings: 20, 200, 2,000, and 20,000 Lux/Fc.

Data hold: A data hold function allows the user to freeze the current measurement on the 3.5-digit LCD screen.

Peak hold: The peak hold function, exclusive to the TES-1334A model, captures and holds the highest light reading detected.

Spectral and angular correction: The meter's spectral sensitivity is corrected to closely match the CIE photopic curve (the human eye's response to light). It also features cosine angular correction to ensure accurate readings regardless of the light source's angle.

Analog output: An analog output jack allows for recording or data logging when connected to an external device.

Sensor: It uses a silicon photodiode sensor.

Power source: The meter is powered by a single 9-volt battery.
