The Testo 826-T4 is a dual-purpose food thermometer that combines infrared (IR) surface measurement with a permanently attached NTC penetration probe for core temperature measurement. It is specifically designed for HACCP-compliant temperature checks in the food industry, such as during incoming and outgoing goods inspections.
