The Scarlet PS-714 WindPro Wireless Wind Monitor System is an industrial-grade, long-range anemometer used for monitoring wind speed and direction in demanding environments such as construction sites, marine ports, and wind energy plants. The system consists of a robust, wireless wind sensor and a console with a touchscreen display for viewing real-time data and setting up alerts.

  • Long-range wireless connectivity: The system uses sub-1GHz wireless technology, allowing the sensor to transmit data to the console from up to 1,000 meters away.
  • Weather-resistant design: The sensor is IP67-rated, providing all-weather protection and durability in harsh environments. It is also powered by a long-life 3.6V lithium battery, lasting up to three years.
  • Intuitive console display: The system includes a 4.3-inch, full-color touchscreen console for viewing live wind data and accessing system settings.
  • Multiple sensor support: The WindPro console can connect with up to two wireless sensors simultaneously, enabling monitoring of multiple locations.
  • Programmable alarms and relays: The system offers up to four configurable wind speed alarms with audible and visual alerts. It also includes contact relays that can be used to automatically activate or deactivate external devices when certain wind thresholds are met.
  • Multiple data outputs: The system provides various outputs, including 4–20mA, RS232, and Bluetooth, for integration with industrial control panels, digital signage, and other systems.
  • Data logging: The console features a 128MB internal memory that can record wind data for up to three months. Recorded data can be exported to a PC via USB in Excel or CSV format using the "ScarletWind" software.
  • Mobile and PC support: You can monitor wind data remotely via Bluetooth using the WindSmart mobile app for iOS and Android. For even more advanced features, an optional upgrade to WindPro Online allows for web portal access, email alerts, and unlimited cloud-based data storage.
