Eligibility for Return

You may return products that are:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrectly supplied (wrong item)
  • Defective as per the manufacturer’s warranty

Note: Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documents.

Return Window

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days from delivery after return authorization is issued.

Return Process

  • Contact us via email at [email protected] or call us at 1-470-470-6556 with your order number and issue.
  • Our team will verify your claim and issue a Return Authorization.
  • Ship the item(s) back using the instructions we provide.
  • After inspection, refunds are processed within 7 business days.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in unused, saleable condition with all parts, manuals, and packaging.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Customer-arranged shipments damaged in transit are not eligible for return or warranty.

Refund Terms

  • Full product refund if the item is returned in like-new condition within the allowed period.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
