**We offer free shipping across the United States with delivery times of 5 to

7 business days.** Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have

received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, email us at

[email protected] with the subject line “Order Confirmation Not Received”, and our team will assist

you.

Shipping Policy

At nciem.us, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options across the USA. We aim to

deliver the highest level of responsiveness and customer service.

● Shipping Carrier: (UPS, FedEx, DHL).

● Processing Time: 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

● Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

● Order Cut-off time: 5 PM EST

● Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within the United States

● Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

● Taxes: Orders Shipped within the United states may be subject to applicable state sales tax, any such taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment  

Order Handling & Custom Products

All orders are processed within 4–5 business days. If your order includes custom items, we will

contact you separately to confirm customization details. These items will only be processed and

shipped after receiving all required customization info.

Order Status & Tracking

You will receive order status updates and a tracking number via email after your order is shipped.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please email us at

Order Acceptance & Fraud Prevention

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons

including, but not limited to, product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional verification, such as phone number,

billing/shipping address, or identity verification. If a transaction appears suspicious, we reserve

the right to cancel the order without prior notice.

Pricing Accuracy

While we strive to ensure accurate product and pricing information on our website, errors may

occasionally occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even if the

order has been confirmed and payment processed. If an item is mispriced, we may either contact you

for instructions or cancel the order and inform you accordingly.
