and use of the NCIEM.us website, mobile applications, and any services provided through our platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and any documents

referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted

constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are of legal age in your country of residence and legally

capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that

you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during

registration and for maintaining and promptly updating your account information.

4.2 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs

under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

5.1 You agree to:

● Use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

● Provide accurate and lawful information in product listings, communications, and transactions.

● Cooperate with any verification or identity checks we require.

5.2 Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

● Uploading or distributing illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

● Listing, selling, or attempting to sell prohibited or restricted items (including weapons,illicit drugs, counterfeit goods, or hazardous chemicals).

● Engaging in fraud, manipulation of pricing, reviews, or ratings.

● Interfering with other users’ access to the Services or attempting to reverse-engineer the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and materials on the Services are owned by NCIEM or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from such

content without prior written permission.

7. Product Information and Warranties All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided by sellers or manufacturers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product information is complete, accurate, or error-free. Any product warranties are those provided by the manufacturer; NCIEM makes no independent warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NCIEM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for:

● Indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

● Loss of profits, revenue, business, or data.

● Damages resulting from errors, inaccuracies, interruptions, or delays in the Services.

Our aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount paid by you to NCIEM in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payments were

made), except as otherwise required by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NCIEM and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. We may retain account and transaction information as required by law.

11. Warranties

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. NCIEM is not liable for defects beyond the warranty terms. For details, please check product listings or contact support.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NCIEM regarding the Services.

12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.

12.4 Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

12.5 Reference to Policies: For information regarding shipping, returns, or other operational procedures, please refer to the relevant sections on our website.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms

will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the State of Georgia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
