Warranty Coverage
- All electronic devices sold by NCIEM.US are covered by a 2-year manufacturer's warranty (unless stated otherwise).
- Accessories and peripheral items come with a 6-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal usage.
How to Claim Warranty
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, issue description, and delivery address.
- The address you provide at this stage will be used for pickup and return delivery.
You must submit:
- A copy of the original invoice
- The warranty card (if included)
Repair & Replacement Terms
- Warranty repairs are completed within 15 working days (excluding shipping time).
- If parts are unavailable or repairs are delayed due to manufacturer issues, customers may be:
- Provided with a temporary replacement
- Or compensated based on the item’s value and number of delayed days (as per manufacturer policy)
If a product cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we may offer a replacement or refund, after:
- Deducting usage value (5% per month, capped at 80%)
- Deducting any missing accessories or damage due to misuse
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by liquid, drops, misuse, or accidents
- Wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Unauthorized repairs
- Damage during shipping due to improper packing by the customer
- Please ensure the item is securely packed in the original box. If damage occurs due to poor packing, the item will be returned without repair.
Free Pickup & Delivery (USA Only)
- Products under warranty are eligible for free pickup and delivery service.
- Delivery time is usually 4 to 7 business days (not counted within the repair period).
- You may also choose to contact the manufacturer’s authorized service centre directly—we’ll share all necessary contact details upon request.
Third-Party Seller Disclaimer
If the product was sold by a third-party seller listed on NCIEM.US, that seller is responsible for fulfilling warranty commitments. We will assist by providing:
- Contact details of the service provider
- Device tracking or work order reference
