• Access to professional logistics partners for reliable delivery
• Optional catalog, packaging, and product photography support services
• Secure and timely payments for completed orders
• Dedicated seller support team for onboarding and assistance
### 1. Seller Eligibility
Sellers must:
• Be a legally registered business entity
• Have the authority to sell the products they list
• Provide accurate business details including tax information, identity verification, and bank
information
• Comply with all U.S. federal and state regulations applicable to their products
### 2. Product Listings & Brand Integrity
Sellers must ensure:
• Descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are accurate and updated
• No unauthorized use of copyrighted images, logos, or trademarks
• Only genuine, compliant, and safe products may be listed
• No misleading claims, false certifications, or unverifiable claims
### 3. Fulfilment & Shipping
• Products must be shipped within the stated lead time
• Tracking information must be provided to customers
• Packaging must be secure and professional
• Sellers may use NCIEM-recommended logistics partners or their own shipping methods
### 4. Returns, Refunds & Customer Support
• Sellers must comply with NCIEM’s return and refund policies
• Full refunds are required for defective, incorrect, or damaged items
• Sellers must respond to customer inquiries within 1 business day
• All after-sales obligations must be fulfilled clearly and promptly
### 5. Prohibited Listings
The following items are strictly prohibited:
• Counterfeit, unsafe, or unauthorized products
• Weapons, illegal products, controlled substances, or recalled items
• Products restricted under U.S. federal or state law
• Items that violate intellectual property rights
### 6. Pricing & Transparency
Sellers must:
• Display accurate prices without false discounts
• Avoid hidden charges or misleading price manipulation
• Clearly disclose taxes, shipping fees, and any additional costs
### 7. Third-Party Services
NCIEM may connect sellers with trusted third-party service providers for:
• Logistics and delivery
• Product photography
• Packaging and labelling
• Catalog creation
These services are optional and transparent.
### 8. Seller Protection & Dispute Resolution
• Eligible claims may be protected under NCIEM’s Seller Protection Guidelines
• Disputes between buyers and sellers are reviewed by NCIEM’s compliance team
• Resolution is based on documented evidence, order data, and fair investigation
### 9. Account Suspension
NCIEM reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
• Repeated customer complaints
• Listing unsafe, counterfeit, or non-compliant products
• Violations of U.S. law, IP law, or platform policies
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
### 10. Legal Compliance & Contact Information
Sellers must comply with all relevant U.S. eCommerce, tax, safety, and consumer protection
laws
