The Testo 565i 10 CFM Smart Vacuum Pump automates the evacuation and vacuum hold test process for HVAC/R systems when paired with a compatible vacuum probe. It is rated for use with flammable A2L and A3 refrigerants and includes several features that enhance safety and operational reliability.

  • Automated evacuation and hold test: When connected to a Testo 552i vacuum probe (sold separately), the pump automatically stops once the target vacuum is reached and begins a vacuum hold test. This confirms the system's leak-tightness and eliminates the need for constant manual monitoring.
  • Smart App integration: The free Testo Smart App connects to the vacuum pump via Bluetooth 5.0, allowing you to configure parameters, monitor live readings, log data, and send measurement reports from a distance of up to 30 meters.
  • Safety with flammable refrigerants: The pump is compatible and safe to use with flammable refrigerants from classes A2L and A3.
  • Non-return valve: An integrated non-return valve protects the system from losing vacuum in the event of a power failure. When power is restored, the pump can pick up where it left off.
  • Easy maintenance: The pump features an easy-to-use oil change mechanism and a sight glass for quick assessment of the oil level
