The Mitutoyo 105-417 Series 105 is an analog outside micrometer designed for measuring large dimensions between 1,900 and 2,000 mm. It features a large frame constructed from a combination of square and round pipes to be both lightweight and rigid.

Key features
  • Measurement range: 1900–2000 mm, with a 50 mm spindle stroke.
  • Extension collars: Anvil extension collars are used to adjust the measurement range. The set comes with two setting standards.
  • Measuring force: A ratchet stop provides constant, uniform measuring force for repeatable measurements.
  • Construction: The frame is made of square and round pipe for a lightweight yet rigid structure, which is ideal for large micrometers. It is also equipped with a workpiece stopper for stability.
  • Measuring faces: The measuring faces on the spindle and anvil are carbide-tipped for wear resistance.
  • Finish: The thimble and sleeve have a satin-chrome finish.
  • Packaging: The micrometer is supplied in a fitted wooden case.
