• Spherical anvil: The rounded anvil (Type E, with a 4 mm radius) is designed to make single-point contact with the inner curved surface of a tube. This design ensures an accurate measurement of wall thickness without deforming thin material.
  
• Flat spindle: The opposing, flat spindle makes contact with the outer surface of the tube.
  
• Carbide-tipped surfaces: Both the anvil and the spindle have carbide tips, which increases durability and wear resistance for a longer service life.
