The Mitutoyo 126-137 is an analog screw thread micrometer with a 0 to 1-inch range that uses interchangeable anvil and spindle tips (sold separately) to measure the pitch diameter of various screw threads.

Key features

  • Interchangeable tips: The micrometer's main feature is its compatibility with optional, paired V-anvils and conical spindle tips. These sets come in different sizes and angles (such as 60° for metric/unified threads and 55° for Whitworth threads) to accommodate various thread measurements.
  • Analog display: This manual tool has an easy-to-read analog vernier scale with a satin chrome finish on the sleeve and thimble, featuring clear graduations.
  • Ratchet stop: It is equipped with a ratchet stop mechanism that provides a consistent, repeatable measuring force to help ensure accurate readings.
  • Durable construction: The frame has a hammertone baked enamel finish that resists wear, and it includes thermal shields to protect the user's hand and prevent heat transfer from affecting the measurement.
