The Mitutoyo 193-111 is an analog outside micrometer with a built-in mechanical digit counter for quick and easy measurements. It measures in metric units, with a range of 0 to 25 mm and a high resolution of 0.001 mm.

  • Mechanical features Dual-display reading: A mechanical digit counter shows the measurement to 0.01 mm, while a vernier scale on the thimble provides an additional digit for a total resolution of 0.001 mm.
  • Precision and accuracy: It has an accuracy of \(\pm 2\ \mu \)m (0.002 mm) and a resolution of 0.001 mm.
  • Durable construction: The measuring faces are carbide-tipped and micro-lap finished to resist wear and maintain flatness over time. The body is made of durable stainless steel.
  • Consistent measurement pressure: A ratchet-stop mechanism ensures uniform and repeatable pressure is applied to the workpiece, which helps eliminate measurement inconsistencies.
  • Clear finish: The thimble and sleeve have a satin-chrome finish that resists rust and reduces glare for clear readings.
