The Mitutoyo 201-103 Dial Snap Gauge is an analog gauge designed for quick and easy go/no-go judgment of the outer diameters of cylindrical and shaft workpieces. This model is designed for a measuring range of 50 to 75 mm and typically does not include the dial indicator, which must be purchased separately.

  • Wide, flat carbide anvils: The measuring faces are made from durable, flat, carbide-tipped anvils, which feature a micro-lap finish for precision. The dimensions are 13.5 x 12 mm.
  • Chamfered anvils: Both front edges of the anvils are chamfered. This allows for easy and rapid insertion of the workpiece, streamlining the measurement process.
  • Thermally insulating grip: The gauge is equipped with a handle that minimizes heat transfer from the operator's hand, preventing thermal expansion from compromising measurement accuracy.
