The Mitutoyo 368-176 Holtest Inside Micrometer is a non-digital, three-point bore micrometer designed for measuring the internal diameters of bores in the range of 150 to 175 mm. The three-point contact system ensures stable and accurate self-centering measurement.

Key features
  • Three-point contact: The micrometer uses three self-centering anvils, spaced 120° apart, to ensure accurate and stable measurement of bores.
  • Ratchet stop mechanism: A constant-force device ensures repeatable measurements regardless of the operator's skill level.
  • Measurement of deep and blind bores: An optional extension rod can be attached to measure deep holes. The design also allows for measurements to be taken closer to the bottom of blind bores. 
  • TiN-coated measuring pins: The measuring faces are coated with titanium nitride (TiN), offering excellent durability and impact resistance for long-term precision.
  • Laser-etched scale: The thimble and sleeve have a satin chrome finish with a laser-etched scale, making it easier to read in different lighting conditions.
