The Mitutoyo 468-178 Series 468 Digimatic Holtest is a 3-point internal micrometer designed for accurately measuring internal diameters from 200 to 225 mm. It features three contact points that are evenly spaced at 120° for sensitive, self-centering measurements.

Key features

  • Accurate measurements: The 3-point contact and self-centering mechanism ensure stable, repeatable measurements of a bore's internal diameter.
  • Constant force: A built-in ratchet stop applies a consistent measuring force for reliable results.
  • Blind hole measurement: Can be used to take measurements down to the bottom of a blind hole.
  • Absolute (ABS) and Incremental (INC) modes: Easily switch between these modes to work from either a preset point or zero.
  • Data output: Has an SPC (Statistical Process Control) data output port for connecting to a computer with an optional cable.
  • Ergonomic design: The handheld device is designed for ease of use and efficient data collection.
