The Mitutoyo 510-121 Series 510 mechanical indicating micrometer offers rapid measurements and Go/No-Go tolerance inspection, making it suited for mass production of small parts. It features a retractable anvil for easy one-handed use, and its IP54 rating protects against coolant and dust.

Key features
  • Indicating dial: The integrated dial indicator allows for fast and accurate Go/No-Go tolerance inspection. Once the micrometer is zeroed to a master part, the dial shows the deviation from that standard, eliminating the need to read and interpret the main scale for every measurement.
  • Retractable anvil: This feature, operated by a push-button on the frame, allows for quick one-handed part insertion and removal. This greatly increases throughput, as the operator can retract the anvil and place the next workpiece without readjusting the main screw.
