Description

The Mitutoyo 543-302B-10 is an Absolute Digimatic Indicator that features peak-hold functionality for capturing maximum and minimum values during measurement runs. The model is designed for high-accuracy measurement in manufacturing and inspection processes and has a flat back, indicated by the "B" in the model number.

Features and functions 

• Peak hold function: You can display the maximum, minimum, and runout values during measurement.
• Go/No-Go judgment: Set upper and lower tolerance limits for your maximum, minimum, and runout values to perform pass/fail inspections. For out-of-tolerance results, the LCD backlighting can change color.
• High-speed sampling: A fast measurement frequency mode (50 times/s) is selectable for more reliable peak detection.
• Absolute (ABS) encoder: The indicator maintains its origin point even after the power is turned off, eliminating the need for frequent zero-setting.
• Large LCD display: The indicator features a large, 11mm character height LCD display for improved readability.
• Analog bar display: An analog bar graphically displays values, similar to a traditional dial indicator, making it easy to see trends when scanning for Max, Min, and TIR values.
• Key and parameter lock: To prevent accidental changes during operation, the indicator can be locked.SPC output: A data output function is included for real-time data management.
• Calculation function: The indicator can perform calculations (\(A\times x\)), with "A" being a freely definable coefficient and "x" representing the plunger's displacement.
• Connectivity: A USB interface box (sold separately) can be used to set up the indicator from a PC.
