The Mitutoyo 122-142-10 Series 122 Blade Micrometer is an analog measuring tool designed to precisely measure the groove diameters of shafts, keyways, and other hard-to-reach areas. It has a measuring range of 25 to 50 mm and features carbide-tipped, blade-shaped measuring faces.

Key features
  • Measurement faces: The spindle and anvil are blade-shaped to allow access into narrow grooves and keyways for more versatile measurements. The Type D model has 0.4mm carbide-tipped measuring faces for durability and resistance to wear.
  • Constant force mechanism: It is equipped with a ratchet stop to ensure a constant and repeatable measuring force is applied.
  • Non-rotating spindle: A non-rotating spindle helps provide steady, controlled positioning during measurement.
  • Analog display: The micrometer uses a vernier scale on the thimble and sleeve for metric measurements. The sleeve and thimble have a satin-chrome finish to resist rust and reduce glare.
  • Accessories: It comes with a fitted plastic case for storage and a standard bar for setting the zero point.
