The TES-593 EMF Meter is a broadband electromagnetic field (EMF) meter designed to measure high-frequency radiation, or "electrosmog," across a wide frequency range. Manufactured by TES Electrical Electronic Corp., this meter is suitable for professionals and individuals seeking to evaluate radiation levels in their environment. The more modern version, the TES-593R, adds a rechargeable battery.

Frequency range: The meter measures EMF in the radio frequency (RF) range of 10 MHz to 8 GHz. This covers signals from common sources like Wi-Fi routers, mobile phone base stations, cordless phones (DECT), and microwave ovens.

Triaxial measurements: The TES-593 features a triaxial measurement probe, which allows for isotropic (non-directional) readings. This eliminates the need to orient the meter in a specific direction to get an accurate reading, making it faster and easier to use.

Data logging and alarm: It includes a data memory function that stores up to 99 sets of measurements for later review. You can also set a configurable alarm threshold, which triggers a buzzer and alerts you when radiation levels exceed a set limit.
